Either on the spot or back home in pace and quiet - it doesn't make allthat much difference. so of you go on a voyage of discovery in the kitchen gardens, talking to the fishermen, taking a slice of the cheese, brushing the earth off the potatoes and allowing yourself to be inspired by a culinary culture which, whith its wooden clogs on the ground, sends traditional raw materials soaring to untold heights.
