We have gathered the Scanian flavours together for you to dicover and enjoy. Either on the spot or back home in pace and quiet - it doesn't make allthat much difference. so of you go on a voyage of discovery in the kitchen gardens, talking to the fishermen, taking a slice of the cheese, brushing the earth off the potatoes and allowing yourself to be inspired by a culinary culture which, whith its wooden clogs on the ground, sends traditional raw materials soaring to untold heights.

Then add this blessed province and its dedicated growers and breeders together with 26 of Sweden's best chef's (who all happen to be on the spot, in Skåne) and you have the full gamut from theory to practice. From raw material to ready plateful.
